Our small group personal training is where individualized coaching meets the power of community. Every session is intentionally capped (MAX: 6-8 people) to ensure you’re never lost in the crowd or left guessing what to do next. You get expert coaching, real-time feedback, and a program designed around how your body moves, while feeding off the energy and accountability of training alongside others who are just as committed as you are.
This isn’t “one-size-fits-all” group class. Our small groups are built around shared goals and training phases, allowing us to individualize exercises, intensities, and coaching cues for each person in the room. You’ll be coached, challenged, and supported every step of the way.
